4. Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, PkrNest will:
- Review the claim promptly and in good faith
- Temporarily disable or remove the allegedly infringing content while the claim is being investigated
- Notify the content uploader (if applicable) of the takedown request
- Take appropriate action based on the outcome of the review
We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 5 to 10 business days.
5. DMCA Counter-Notice
5.1 If Your Content Was Removed
If you believe your content was removed mistakenly or as a result of misidentification, you have the right to file a DMCA Counter-Notice.
5.2 What Must Be Included in a Counter-Notice?
A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Identification of the content that was removed and its original location on PkrNest
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court in your location
- Your physical or electronic signature
5.3 What Happens After a Counter-Notice?
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, PkrNest will:
- Forward the counter-notice to the original claimant
- Restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action to prevent reinstatement
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
PkrNest maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Any user or contributor found to have repeatedly posted infringing content will have their access to PkrNest permanently terminated. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.
7. Third-Party Content and APK Files
7.1 App Logos and Icons
All app names, logos, icons, and screenshots featured on PkrNest belong to their respective developers and owners. These are used solely for the purpose of identification and informational reference. If you are the rightful owner of any such material and wish for it to be removed or properly credited, please contact us immediately.
7.2 APK Download Links
PkrNest does not host APK files directly on its servers. All download links redirect to third-party hosting platforms. Therefore, PkrNest is not the source of the APK files themselves. 8. Good Faith and Abuse of the DMCA Process
